Entry into force notes

Article 1 to this Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2009 as regards active substances with number A/A:1 and as from 1 March 2009 as regards active substances with number A/A:2. Article 2 to this Decree shall enter into force as from 1 January 2008.

Résumé

This Decree comes for with the aim to give effect to Commission Directives 2006/50/EC, 2006/140/ΕC and 2007/20/ΕC. With article 1 of the present Decree, Annex I (article 30) to Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decree. Also, with article 2, Annexes IVA and IVB to article 30 are hereby replaced.
