Résumé This Presidential Decree, consisting of 4 articles, authorizes the Ministry of Geology, Mines and Industry, assisted by the National Concessionaire to issue mining rights related to Project QUITÚBIA and to define the calendar and the specific rules to implement the above mentioned mining rights, according to Mining Code, approved by Law No. 30/11. It will take into consideration the geological and mining potential of the Kimberlitic Project, so called QUITÚBIA, located in the Province of Kwanza-Sul, Municipality of Quibala, and will participate through the ENDIAMA-E.
