More specifically, it provides for the duties of the environmental rules board of Indiana; adoption of rules to implement federal acts, designation of outstanding state resource waters anti-degradation review of certain applications, classification of all state waters; deadline for department to complete anti-degradation review in certain circumstances and extension; designated use change to combined sewer overflow wet weather category, and long term control plans; review of feasibility of implementing additional or new control alternatives to attain water quality standards; combined sewer overflow wet weather limited use subcategory, application after approval of long term control plan, other requirements, EPA approval, monitoring and review, and rules; permit schedules of compliance; orders to acquire, construct, repair, alter, or extend plants; sealing of mines and wells; entry upon property; assistance from other state departments, agencies, or institutions; adoption of rules waiving requirement of submission of plans; violation of storm water runoff rules; outstanding state resource water improvement fund; and terms and conditions of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System general permits.
