Résumé

Part III of the Agriculture Act, 1993 makes provision for marketing of potatoes. The Potato Marketing Board has applied to the Ministers for approval of a Scheme providing for the transfer of its property, rights and liabilities, and the Minister of Agriculture of England and the Secretaries for Wales and Scotland have granted such approval. Now the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland, and the Secretary of State for Wales being satisfied that the Potato Marketing Board has carried out any functions that remained to it and having been given notice by the Board that it has wound up its affairs, are making provision for the dissolution of the said Board on 31 July, 1999.
