This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2012, except as provided by specific subclauses.
Résumé

This Regulation, consisting of 71 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by three Schedules, regulates all maritime administrative activities to be performed within the ports under New South Wales jurisdiction. The Regulation is divided as follows: Part 1 – Preliminary; Part 2 – Port charges; Part 3 – Port Botany Landside Improvement Strategy; Part 4 – Port boundaries; Part 5 – (Repealed); Part 6 – Maritime Advisory Council; Part 6A – Wharf access in Sydney Harbour; Part 7 – General. Schedules deal with: Description of port boundaries (1); Membership and procedure of Maritime Advisory Council (3); Penalty notices (4).
