Résumé

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the production and marketing of hogs. Section 5 establishes that a person must not produce hogs in the regulated area without a valid producer licence issued by the Commodity Board. The text – consisting of 23 sections – deals with the following aspects: applying for and issuing producer licence, terms and conditions on producer licence, refusal to renew, suspension or revocation producer licence, processors registered, contract growers registered, contract grower information and records, livestock truckers and drovers, livestock trucker and drover information and records, marketing of hogs, booking, classes of hogs, producer information and records and auction markets.
