The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the Plan concerning the marketing of pork. The Plan has the following purposes to: a) control and regulate all aspects of the marketing of hogs in the regulated area; b) stimulate, increase and improve the marketing and production of pork and pork products in the regulated area; c) provide forums for disseminating information to producers about pork production and marketing.
