Résumé The present Regulations were made under the Agri-Food Act (S.S. 1990-91, c. A-15.2) which was repealed by the Agri-Food Act, 2004. These Regulations continue in force under the Act of 2004. Section 3 establishes that the Saskatchewan Pork Industry Development Plan is continued; and under section 4 the development board known as “Sask Pork” is continued for the administration of the plan. The plan applies to: a) all promoted products and all grades, classes or varieties of promoted products; and b) all persons engaged in the production and marketing of a promoted product. The general purpose of the plan is to provide for the effective development of the Saskatchewan pork industry and the promotion of hogs and pork produced in Saskatchewan.
