Résumé

These Regulations make provision to increase the fees charged in relation to activities carried out by the Secretary of State relating to the environmental regulation of the offshore oil and gas industry and to charge fees in relation to certain additional activities carried out by the Secretary of State relating to such environmental regulation. They provide for fees in relation to certain advice given in relation to the Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999, and increases the fees charged in relation to those Regulations and provide for fees in relation to certain advice given in relation to the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001 and in relation to monitoring compliance with a consent under regulation 4 of those Regulations. Regulation 4 also increases the fees charged in relation to those Regulations.
