The Act consists of 74 sections and is divided in the following Parts: Preliminary; Authorization of plantations; Plantations and reafforestation code; Protection of unique or special wildlife values of authorised plantations; Financial contribution for transport infrastructure expenditure for timber plantations; Application of other legislation; Enforcement and Miscellaneous.
