Section 4B requires an occupier of any land to notify the occurrence of any notifiable disease to the Plant Quarantine Officer. Section 8A specifies the procedure which Plant Quarantine Officer shall follow for the eradication of diseases and pests. Section 8B concerns the quarantine of land.
