It applies to every owner or custodian of premises, including vehicles, where plants are found. The Government shall make regulations determining the diseases and destructive insects to which this Act applies. Moreover, the Minister shall designate persons to act as inspectors for the carrying out of plant protection measures. The text consists of 5 chapters as follows: Application and interpretation (I); Plant protection (II); Inspection, seizure and confiscation (III); Penal provisions (IV); Miscellaneous and transitional provisions (V).
