The document also prohibits the introduction of any living pests, fungi, bacteria, or dried specimens of plant diseases into the Falkland Islands without the written permission of the Governor. The document also provides for the penalties for contravening any regulation made under the ordinance, including the forfeiture and disposal of the goods or things in question.
