Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) to (4) regard packaging and labelling procedures for exportation shipments. Section (5) and (6) establish that exportation of an alcoholic beverage shall be operated after an exportation permit has been granted from an inspector. Sections (7) to (11) provide with inspection and test procedures. Each shipment shall be inspected and a sample shall be taken for laboratory tests. Section (13) provides for 14 days, within which the inspector must give a response regarding the shipments’ approval, or rejection for exportation purposes. Section (14) regards registration procedures for approved shipments. Section (15) to (17) deal with authorization procedures. An exportation authorization can be annulled by the director whenever there is a basis for suspicion that post-inspection changes have been made to the beverages. Section (18) and (19) regard second inspection procedures. Section (20) and (21) establishes that this regulation, section (2) excluded, shall regard experimental shipments and shall not regard shipments that are approved by the importing country. Section (22) provides with levy and expenses procedures regarding the inspection and laboratory tests. Section (23) establishes that a second inspection shall be free of charge. Sections (24) to (26) give general information. Annexes one to five provide with inspection procedures, but have been omitted from this copy of the regulation.
