Strengthen the National System of Conservation Units (SNUC), in order to contribute to the creation and implementation of conservation units of integral protection and their sustainable use; IV. Strengthen traditional communities, indigenous populations, family farmers and small-scale farmers, guaranteeing access to land, natural resources and the means of production necessary for the improvement of their quality of life; V. Promote the participation of society in the environmental management of the Biome and promote the transversality and decentralization of public policies regarding the sustainable use of the natural resources of the Cerrado; VI.
