The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "animal farm", "diseased animal",”veterinary”, “sampling” etc. The text deals with the following matters: examination of animals, keeping of registers, classification, special measures, vaccination, duty to notify, violations and transitional provisions.
