All registered pharmacists shall be members of the Board. The Board shall be managed by the Council. The objects of the Council shall include: (a) to promote and encourage proper conduct amongst pharmacists; (b) to promote good relations between pharmacists and doctors; (c) to suppress illegal, dishonourable, improper and objectionable practices amongst pharmacists.
