The present Regulation comes into force on 10 August 1987.
Résumé

The present Regulation enacts the Clean Environment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the storage and handling of petroleum products. The text consists of 261 sections divided into 16 Parts as follows: Application (I); Licensing (II); Environmental approval (III); General enforcement (IV); General standards (V); Outside aboveground storage tank systems (VI); Underground storage tank system (VII); Storage tank systems inside buildings (VIII); Piping and pumping systems (IX); Storage, handling and use of petroleum products at retail outlets and marinas (X); Marinas (XI); Remote pumping system (XII); Bulk plants (XIII); Withdrawal of storage tanks from service (XIV); Spill prevention (XV); Container storage of petroleum products (XVI).
