No. 14 of 2010). Résumé This Act establishes the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board, provides for the designation of the Registrar of Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals, defines functions and powers of the Board and the Registrar and provides rules relative to handling and marketing of pesticides and toxic chemicals.
