The Board shall advise the Minister on matters relevant to the making of Regulations under this Act and to advise on the monitoring and implementation of such Regulations (sect. 4). The Minister shall designate an officer in the Food and Drugs Division to be the Registrar of Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals (art. 5). The Minister may designate analysts and inspectors for purposes of this Act (sect. 6). Section 8 outlines powers and duties of inspectors. Section 12 specifies the matters which may be regulated by the Minister. The remaining provisions prescribe offences and regulate legal proceedings. (21 sections) Texte intégral Anglais
