Résumé

This Part of Chapter 373 of the Florida Statutes concerns permitting of consumptive uses of water. More specifically, it provides for artesian wells, and regulation of the flow; abandoned artesian wells; implementation of program for regulating the consumptive use of water; requirement of permits; preferred water supply sources; effect of prior land acquisition on consumptive use permitting; water conservation and comprehensive statewide water conservation program requirements; landscape irrigation design; application for permit; interdistrict transfers of groundwater; validation of prior agreements between water management districts; declaration of water shortage or emergency; preserving the existing regulatory districts; and reuse of reclaimed water.
