Résumé

This Part of Chapter 379 of the Florida Statutes provides for penalties for violating fish and wildlife conservation laws. More specifically, it provides for civil penalties for noncriminal infractions; criminal penalties; suspension and forfeiture of licenses and permits; nonnative and captive wildlife penalties; prohibition of possession of certain licensed traps, related penalties, exceptions, and consent; illegal taking and possession of deer and wild turkey, related evidence, and penalty; illegal molestation of or theft from freshwater fishing gear; illegal possession or transportation of freshwater game fish in commercial quantities, and penalty; administration rules, publications, records, and injunctions; illegal killing, possessing, or capturing of alligators or other crocodilia or eggs, and confiscation of equipment; intentional killing or wounding of any species designated as endangered, threatened, or of special concern, and related penalties; prohibition of killing of Florida or wild panther, and related penalty; penalties for feeding wildlife and freshwater fish; penalties for activities involving bonefish; additional penalties for saltwater products dealers violating records requirements; and penalties for violating the laws concerning aquatic weeds and plants.
