The Council may attach such conditions to a permit as it deems necessary and may grant exclusive licences for pearl and pearl-shell farming in defined areas of the lagoon. The Council may also declare a close season for pearl shell. Any person dissatisfied by a decision of the Council may appeal with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries. Texte intégral Anglais
