Résumé The objects of intellectual property are the results of intellectual activity and individualization means of the participants of turnover of commodities for civic use, service and work (art. 1). The Law regulates property and related private non-property issues arising in connection with the creation, legal protection and use industrial patterns (art. 2). Invention shall be industrially applicable if it can be used in industry, agriculture and other sectors. The objects of invention are: 1) devices; 2) processes; 3) substances; 4) micro-organic strains; 5) cell cultures of plants and animals; 6) the use of a known device, process, substance, and strain in a new application. Not recognized to be patentable are the projects and schemes of land use planning (art. 6). The Act consists of 8 Sections composed of 38 articles. Texte intégral Russe
