Résumé The present Act provides authority for the management, administration and disposition of parkland and parkland reserves. Section 3 establishes that park land is dedicated to the people of Saskatchewan and visitors to Saskatchewan for their enjoyment and education. Furthermore, the natural, prehistoric and historic resources of park land are to be maintained for the benefit of future generations. The text – consisting of 37 sections – deal, inter alia, with the following matters: establishment of parkland, establishment and use of parkland reserve, administration and disposition of parkland, use of parkland and enforcement.
