Résumé This Act provides for the regulation and prohibition of the manufacture, sale, distribution, use, emission, re-cycling, storage and disposal of stratospheric ozone depleting substances and articles which contain those substances. The Act consists of 33 sections and is divided in the following Parts: Preliminary; Controls; Enforcement and General. The regulation made under this Act will cover the manufacture, sale, distribution, conveyance, storage, possession and use of controlled substances and all related matters including licences and labelling.
