It also places restrictions on the production of goods containing controlled substances. The Regulations also provide, among other things, for the registration of repairing workshops and the training of technicians engaging in repairing, maintaining or servicing refrigerators or air-conditioners. Until such time as the importation of any particular controlled substance is prohibited in these Regulations, no person shall import a control substance unless (s)he obtains a permit from the Agency.
