The present Regulations enter into force on 20 July 1993.
Résumé

This Regulation designates which substances are to be considered ozone-depleting substances and adopts the Code of Conduct for the Reduction of CFC Emissions from Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems of March 1991. In order to control ozone-depleting substances, other devices that use such substances are regulated including, among others, fire extinguishers, pressurized containers, sterilant gas mixtures and air conditioning equipments. Other provisions concern recovering and recycling of ozone-depleting substances, labeling, transport and storage, leak testing and discarding.
