Résumé

This Government Ordinance repeals Ordinance establishing the list of active substances satisfactory for inclusion in biocidal products and the list of active substances with low risk satisfactory for inclusion in biocidal products of low risk, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products.
