Résumé

The present Ordinance establishes the “Nature Park Schaalsee”. Article 2 lays down provisions relating to the surface description and specific demarcation of the Nature Park. In particular, the aim of the Park is to: 1) conserve the unique lake-land countryside in its integrity or to restore it where it is disturbed; 2) conserve or restore the symbiosis of lakes and moor lands and to maintain a rich variety of flora and fauna; 3) preserve the characteristic structures of an ancient rural landscape and thus secure its recreational and educational value; 4) establish the connection to the Schleswig-Holstein Nature Park "Lauenburg Lakes". The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Establishment (1); Surface description and demarcation (2); Purpose of protection (3); Protected zones (4); Instructions (5); Prohibitions (6); Exceptions (7); Omissis (8); Understanding with administration (9); Compensation for usage limitation (10); Priority given to this Ordinance (11); Final provisions (12).
