Résumé The text provides for requirements to be considered for transport of cattle and live stocks by vehicles and trailers including non leakage or falling out of animal waste, bedding or feed during transport and notifying the authorities about loading, unloading, reloading or weighting points of animal. The text further provides for requirements to be considered for cattle exhibitions, cattle markets and reporting of events. The animals are to be examined by an official veterinarian when they are driven to livestock markets and requirements should be considered for removal of livestock from a livestock market or slaughterhouse. The text further refers to requirements for guest stables, migratory sheep flocks and livestock trading companies, transport companies and collection points that are subject to cleaning and disinfection requirements. The Order further provides for certificates of origin to be produced by order of the competent authority and animal husbandry. In final provisions, the Order refers to compliance with relevant EU Regulations and other animal facilities. This Order contains 48 Articles divided in 15 Sections. 12 Annexes are enclosed.
