Résumé

The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Around an affected area a radius of at least 3 km has to be declared as protected zone. Slaughterhouses within the area have to be surveyed closely. Finally, the Ordinance sets out penalties in case of violation. The Ordinance consists of 15 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protective measures in case of break-out or suspicion of bread-out of the disease (2); Final provisions (3).
