Résumé

Regulation on monitoring of arable land and methodical instruction for monitoring of arable land establishes that monitoring of arable land represents a system of operational, periodically forecasted and basic (benchmark) observations of qualitative and quantitative state of the arable land. The objects of land monitoring are all arable land regardless of ownership, departmental affiliation and forms of management. In the process of monitoring of arable land, shall be identified and monitored the factors affecting the arable land: (a) evolutionary factors (related to natural history development processes); (b) cyclical (related to daily, seasonal, annual and other temporary periods of changes of natural character); (c) anthropogenic (related to human activities); and (d) emergency situations (related to accidents, catastrophes, natural and environmental disasters and others). Monitoring of arable land is designed to provide a solution to the following tasks: (a) systematic monitoring and timely identification of the ongoing changes in the quality of arable land; (b) assessment of the current situation with the analysis of the development of processes that have a negative impact on the soil cover; (c) developing guidelines for the prevention of negative processes and mitigation of their consequences, effective use of arable land; (d) providing consumers with accurate information about the use of arable land and its conditions with appropriate proposals for preventing and eliminating negative of processes.
