Besides the Federal Institute for Plants Production, there are five regional Institutes authorized to carry out the above-mentioned tasks. A written application is to be made to the competent Institute in order to obtain a lead seal. The seeds must be put in special containers, and a minimum quantity is required to allow inspection and seeds of second quality.
