Résumé An Ordinance to implement the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1019/2002 of 13 June 2002 on marketing standards for olive oil. In particular it refers to article 9, paragraph 2, relating to establishments carrying out packaging facilities. The Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is empowered to grant approval to such establishments. Article 5 deals with penalties in cases of violations, such as for example, making wrong statements on labels as to origin, quality, acidity, etc. The text consists of 7 articles.
