Résumé The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 2 May 2010 and the Building Ordinance of 23 February 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law and Ordinance.
