Résumé Based on the Plant Protection Act (Act No. 151 of 1951), the Plant Protection Act Enforcement Rules enforce the above mentioned Act and shall be established as follows: Inspection of imported plants (Chap. 2); Inspection of exported plants (Chap. 3); Inspection of designated seedlings (Chap. 4); Restriction and prohibition of movement of plants, etc. (Chap. 4-2); Emergency control (Chap. 5); Control of designated pests (Chap. 6); Designation of harmful flora and fauna (First Quarter); Transfer of drugs (Second Quarter); Free lending of control equipment (Third Quarter); Prefectural epidemiology (Chap. 7).
