The purpose of this Ordinance is to conserve its fauna and flora, to protect its waters from further decay, and to safeguard the natural beauty of this mountain area in general. Article 4 lists all interventions for which an authorization is needed such as, for example, the installation of ski lifts, of advertising posters etc. Moreover, its habitants shall be periodically informed of the development of this area.
