Résumé

The amendments of the Ordinance on tuberculosis concern article 3, paragraph 1, whereby the owner of cattle must submit his animals to examination if so required by the competent authorities. Article 6, paragraph 1, is also amended: the owner must destroy milk from suspect cows. Paragraph 2a is added to article 7 whereby in case of suspicion of contagion animals must be destroyed. Article 2 amends the Ordinance on leucosis of cattle of 2 April 1980. A new article 3a is added whereby the owner must submit animals to periodical examination. Article 9 is reworded: competent authorities are going to order destruction of animals if disease is suspected. Article 3 amends the Ordinance on animal diseases of 23 May 1991. Article 4 amends the Ordinance on animal diseases of 1983 (article 2 is reworded: competent authorities must provide the Ministry with relevant information on animal diseases). Article 6 repeals the 2nd Ordinance on pig diseases of 29 May 1995. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
