Résumé

This Order declares that territories of all municipalities in the Socialist Republic of Serbia are considered to be infected with the parasitic bee disease varroasis. Owners and keepers of bee colonies are obliged to carry out treatment of their bee colonies against this parasitic disease of bee (varroasis). Mandatory treatment of bee colonies with application of systemic action shall be performed by bee owners/holders twice a year (in autumn and spring) under the supervision of professional workers of assigned veterinary stations. Professional workers of veterinary stations will keep records on issued funds for treatment and on the manner of performing such treatment. Bee colonies that have not undergone treatment against the parasitic disease of varroasis bees cannot be placed on the market (article 3).
