This text entered into force on 6 May 2023.
Résumé

This Order states that the introduction into the Republic of Serbia of the harmful organism Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) and its spread on the territory of the Republic of Serbia are prohibited. Plants for planting, in the sense of this Order, are plants for planting species of Solanum lycopersicum L. and Capsicum spp L., including seeds. When entering the Republic of Serbia, all shipments of the above plants for planting are subject to a special phytosanitary inspection and must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate. The listed plants for planting can be imported into the Republic of Serbia if, along with the attached phytosanitary certificate, it meets one of the requirements listed in point 4 of this text.
