Résumé This Order, based on Act No. 1 of 1985, makes provision for the licensing of private, cooperative and mixed fish farms and related matters such as operation of such farms and supervision. The Order distinguishes 5 types of fish farms. Conventional farms, floating farms, coastal farms, covert farms, and sea farms. For each farm conditions and procedures of licensing. A definition of each type of farm is given at the beginning of each paragraph containing provisions regarding that type. The second part of this Order lays down rules relative to the assessment of production capacity of fish farms and regulates technical supervision of fish farms by technical supervisors. The third part of the Order contains general and miscellaneous provisions, including: transfer of farms (art. 14), duration of licences (art. 15), expansion (art. 20), transfer of licence (art. 23), importation of breeding materials (art. 24), water shortage (art. 27), etc. Texte intégral Anglais
