Résumé

The Minister, for the purpose of setting common norms of weight loss of frozen non-ice-glazed fish stored in the coastal industrial refrigerators and on vessels. The Regulation regards compensation of weight loss of frozen fish stored in coastal industrial refrigerators and on vessels. These norms are not applicable for storage of fish accepted and given out by refrigerators without re-weighing (by calculation or by a commonplace pattern, including apportioned fish) ; for storage of written off torn fish, chopped fish, tainted fish hand fish written off as a result of quality decrease and damage to package. The amount of actual weight loss of the frozen fish must be calculated separately for each lot by confrontation of the quantity of given out (traded) fish with registered quantity in case of total consumption of a lot or in the presence of actual remainders exposed in the course of inventory with the book-keeping data.
