Résumé

Acting President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of implementation of the Governmental Ordinance No.1947 of 2003 and in accordance with the resolution of inter-departmental commission of Sakhalin Region regarding determination of quotas to be allotted to the Russian applicants registered on the territory of Sakhalin Region of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for coastal fisheries allotted to Sakhalin Region in the Far Eastern basin, orders to issue fishing licences for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes for coastal fisheries in the Far Eastern basin for the period of 2004 in accordance with the distribution of quotas among the users of Sakhalin Region with compulsory supply of fish products to the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the 39 Annexes specifying aquatic biodiversity. Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.
