Résumé: The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. Territorial bodies of the Ministry must organize elaboration of investment programs regarding ecological recovery of the enterprises included in the list of ecologically hazardous enterprises. The present Regulation determines the modalities of incorporating supplements to the list of ecologically hazardous enterprises and contains recommendations for elaboration and incorporation of environmental protection arrangements into investment programs of the enterprises subject to privatization. The document consists of 3 Secs. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 determines the grounds for incorporation of the supplements into the list of ecologically hazardous enterprises. Section 3 regards selection of environmental arrangements for the inclusion into investment programs of the enterprises subject to privatization.
