Résumé

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of conformation of normative documentation of the Committee to the Ministerial Decree No.496 of 2002 regarding validation of the Regulation on licensing of transhipment and transportation of catch of aquatic biodiversity, including fish and aquatic animals and plants, orders to cancel from the list of the activities subject to licensing item 1.3 “Transhipment and transportation of catch, other aquatic animals and plants and products of their processing and other cargoes on vessels, all types of service in high seas for fishing vessels, as well as towing of floating objects by vessels registered at fishing seaports.”
