Résumé

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of quality improvement and safety of fish products, increase of competitiveness of the Russian fish products at the international market, improvement of the system of state quality control of fish products and increase of the amount of exported fish products, orders to validate the Regulation. The Regulation determines the modalities of registration of the Russian fish-processing establishments and vessels manufacturing fishery products and non-fish products of fisheries for delivery to EU countries and the modalities of issuing sanitary certificates. Registration of establishments gives them the right to obtain Sanitary certificates covering the lots of fishery products subject to export into EU member-states. The document consists of 5 Secs. and contains 7 Annexes. Section 1 specifies the sphere of application of the Regulation. Section 2 lays down general provisions. Section 3 establishes the modalities of registration. Section 4 establishes the modalities of inspection and control. Section 5 establishes the modalities of issuing Sanitary certificate. Annex 1 contains the application form. Annex 2 contains the list of documents necessary for the registration. Annex 3 specifies the structure of the registration certificates. Annex 4 contains the form of registration certificate. Annex 5 contains the list of documents conceded to fish-processing establishments and vessels manufacturing fishery products confirming their right to use registration certificates. Annex 7 contains specimens of filling in Sanitary certificates.
