Résumé

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, taking into account the proposals forwarded by the Khabarovsk Territory Fisheries Council regarding distribution of quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for the period of 2002, orders to validate distribution of quotas within the Far-Eastern fishing area for the period of 2002 between fishing enterprises of the Khabarovsk Territory that either deliver fish raw materials to the fish-processing enterprises situated on the territory of the Russian Federation or trade fish products on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Annex 1(tables No.1, 2, 4-8, 10, 12, 14-18, 21, 25, 26). Fisheries institutions of the Primorie Territory, the Amur Region, the Sakhalin Region, and the Kamchatka Region and of the Okhotsk Sea fishing area are authorized to issue fishing licenses for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity in accordance with the distribution of quotas established by the paragraph 1 of the present order.
