Order No. 97 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on licensing activities related to the acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivatives in grain elevators.

This Order establishes terms and conditions for the issuance and suspension of licences for activities related to the acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates in grain elevators. The licences shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. Applicants shall file application and submit the following documentation: (a) notarized copy of state registration; (b) documents attesting to compliance with licensing criteria; and (c) copy of the receipt for payment of licensing fee. Licences for the aforesaid activities shall be classified as general licences. They may expire in cases contemplated under the relevant legislation or revoked by court decision. In the latter case, the licence holder must return the licence to the relevant authority within ten days of official notice of revocation.
