It also establishes the method of selecting basic viticultural and gardening farms for scientific research institutions and defines the role of such institutions in increasing the efficiency of market gardening. Basic viticultural and gardening farms shall be selected to cultivate planting material, fruits and berries. Basic farms shall: (a) supply fruit and berry planting material; (b) supply propagating material of fruit and berry species; (c) establish seed and drupaceous orchards; and (d) produce planting material for new fruit and berry species.
